Pat Price announced as new Head Coach |
Pat Price was unveiled last night as Neptune's new Head Coach. He will take on responsibility for coaching and juvenile player development as well as coaching the Superleague team. Pat brings a wealth of experience to his new position, having coached Blue Demons to a Superleague and three National Cups.
The work going on at the moment in the juvenile section is intended to put Neptune back at the top of Irish basketball, and Pat's roll will be to provide direction and structure as we move forward:
"I am very excited to have the opportunity to lead the Neptune programme. Neptune is a name synonymous with Irish basketball. A strong emphasis will be placed on the development of young coaches and players, so that the long-term goals of the club are met, and I'm looking forward to getting started."
